6ix9ine’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, is asking a judge to let the rapper out early due to the Coronavirus.
Lazzaro wrote a letter saying that 6ix9ine has asthma and was diagnosed with sinusitis and bronchitis last year and was hospitalized as a result.
Lazzaro also said that prison guards wouldn’t allow 6ix9ine to see a doctor as he complained about shortness of breath.
New York along with the prison system have been hit hard by the Coronavirus and 6ix9ine hopes that he’ll be released ahead of his August 2nd date due to his pre-existing conditions.
